☼ Sunny Day ☼

I can't imagine what it's like to leave your friends and family for 18 months and come back to them all changed. In our case, totaling 3 not just 2 anymore.
One of my best friends, the wonderful Sunny Day returned home from her mission to Argentina last week. During her mission, Dan and I went thru trying to get pregnant, getting pregnant, being pregnant, had us a beautiful little boy, who is now 7 whole months old, all while she was gone!
Gus and I made the trek up to the Spokane Airport to welcome her home and let Gus meet his auntie Sunny for the first time. Well, as it often goes with babies we got off to a late start so instead of being there early we got there just on time. Meanwhile, Sunny's flight got in early and instead of a grand welcoming home party, she got there before all of us!

But luckily she's able to laugh about it. That's why we love her so much! It was great to see her again after so long. She looks amazing, and Gus and her hit it off right away!
For her first meal back we all went out to Red Robin (YUM!) and even Gus enjoyed himself. He demolished about 5 of their coasters with his super human slobbering ability and lil' teethers coming in.
