On the day we finally got to bring our little Eric home, our last activities while in the hospital were first unhooking Eric from all the cumbersome and inhibiting monitor wires, and then having some pictures taken.
Now, while Eric is gorgeous, I am far from it in these photos. I had spent the whole day previous and over night in the hospital NICU solely nursing Eric to prove to the nurses and doctors that he could and would be fine to come home. So I tried to clean up as best I could with the hospital accommodations, with are virtually...none.
But I love these pictures none the less, because they show us honestly. They are a reflection of what we went threw for over a month to been near our little boy, to get him home, and how worth it he was.

Awe Karen...how are you? I hope you are getting some rest and doing well. Baby Eric is so adorable. What a cute family. Having two boys is the BEST. I LOVE these pics of your cute family. :} Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
