Have you heard...I've got a baby bump!

Well, it's taken me forever to annouce this here on our blog, but in case you haven't already heard. . . we're going to have a baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I kinda have to blame it on the baby though, that I haven't already annouced this sooner. It may sound crazy, but besides feeling nauseous, throwing up alot, and being very very picky about what I feel like eating, I've also had an aversion to the computer. I didn't reveal it to anyone for a long time because I thought it was rather weird of me but, when I read an article inteviewing the actress from "Law and Order" and she said she that during her pregnancy she had an aversion to all her kitchen applicances, I didn't feel so strange.

I'm 17 weeks, and Dan and I couldn't be more happy and excited! But to be honest it's been a very challenging last few months. I've been working full time and cooping with being sick, still. But it seems to be slowly getting a little better with each passing week, or I'm just getting better at dealing with it. Add all that to Dan working full time, taking 20 credits, and the Operetta that he's in just opening last night...(which went great by the way!!!)...it has shaped up to be a lot of craziness!

We're pretty sure we're going to find out the gender of the baby, though it changes from day to day. The current due date is September 15th. I guess the baby runs after my side of the family, which has a lot of septermber birthdays, including me.

I haven't felt the baby move yet, at least I haven't had the moment where I knew it couldn't be anything other than he baby, but apparenlty I'm starting to show enough that even almost complete strangers can tell. I had a customer today at the bank that comes in pretty regularly and she asked, "so do you have a baby bump?" I was really taken aback, since some of my co-workers still have't figured it out even though I've told many of them. But the baby is about 5 inches long from head to rump, which is so crazy to me, so I guess it makes sense that my belly is starting to show.
